(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.171 dated 23.08.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 17(2), 126(2) and 3(5) of BNS at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 16.03.2026 is made absolute.
