Learned counsel for the respondents submits that respondent has preferred Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-18806-2020 by filing LPA-3606-2025, wherein learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement that the contempt petition shall not be pressed. 3. In view of the above, since the respondents have preferred LPA, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
