As noticed on the last date of hearing, even preliminary arguments have not been addressed despite the revision petition pending since 2018. 3. Though notice of motion has not been issued, Mr.Vinish Singla, Advocate had caused appearance on first call and had submitted that execution proceedings are being adjourned on account of the pendency of the present revision petition. 4. Since no one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the case having been called twice, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. That being so, this Court is choiceless but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. 5. Ordered accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand dispos
