(ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.61 dated 23.04.2025 under Sections 241, 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime Rewari and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 11.09.2025 (Annexure P-2). At the outset, learned State counsel has submitted that three more accused, namely, Hitesh Bhambu, Jitender @ Jitu Saran and Kanji Bhai are there in the present FIR, however, they are not party to the present petition and thus, the compromise arrived in the present case is partial one. Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again in the event a compromise is arrived at amongst all the parties.
