(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of quo-warranto against the fourth respondent, who was appointed as Principal, Government Senior Secondary School. 2. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 25.05.2026, which is retained on the case file as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, he submits that the fourth respondent has retired from service as Joint Director about seven years back, on 30.11.2019. 3.
