This petition has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.241 dated 10.10.2023 for the commission of offence punishable under Section 174-A of Indian Penal Code, Police Station City-2, District Mansa. 2. In nut-shell the facts emerging from record are that the petitioners, who were facing a trial for the commission of offence punishable under Punjab Excise Act were given the benefit of bail, but later on they failed to appear before the Court, and therefore, firstly their bail was cancelled ,and thereafter, they were declared proclaimed person vide order dated 15.09.2023.
