Present first petition has been filed praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.44, dated 15.02.2025, under Sections 109(1) of BNS and 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sector-8, Faridabad. 2. Succinctly, the facts of the case are that the present FIR has been registered on the basis of a complaint of Deepa Chauhan. As per the allegations, on 15.02.2025 at about 4.30 pm, she was taking tuition and his son Chetan, aged 14 years and daughter Kashvi, aged 07 years were also with her. After some time, her son Chetan informed her that someone had come at the gate, on which she went to open the gate, where she found one young boy, who was wearing a black coloured mask and white shirt. Then, the said young boy asked about her husband V
