The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No.58, dated 26.04.2025 registered under Section 103 of BNS (Section 302 of IPC) at Police Station Sadar Samana, Punjab. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on the night of 24.04.2025- 25.04.2025, the petitioner murdered her husband, namely Harpreet Singh, by smothering him with a pillow. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The case of the prosecution is entirely based on circumstantial evidence as the petitioner was last seen with the deceased and there is no eye-witness of the alleged occurrence.
