The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 12.11.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.2-the Director School Education (Secondary), Punjab, qua the transfer of petitioner to the allotted station. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to adjust/post the petitioner at a nearby station situated within the local vicinity of the petitioner’s place of residence. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has also served legal notice dated 31.03.2026 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents which is still pending consideration. He further submits that at t
