The present appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge by which, the order passed by the authority vide which partition already made was set aside and direction was issued to the Assistant Collector Grade- I to re-decide the partition proceedings between the parties, has been upheld by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 18.02.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he is ready to compromise with the respondent with regard to the change of the land and therefore, remanding the case back for fresh partition proceedings, will delay the said process and therefore, the order passed by the authorities remanding the case back for fresh partition proceedings may kindly be set aside. 3.
