(ORAL) Present revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner/judgment debtor being aggrieved by impugned order dated 06.05.2026 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ferozepur whereby application under Order IX Rule 13 CPC, 1908 seeking setting aside ex parte judgment dated 29.05.2025 along with application for staying the execution proceedings was considered and execution proceedings during pendency of proceedings under Order IX Rule 13 CPC, 1908 were ordered to be stayed subject to deposit of half of the arrears of unpaid rent of three shops within 21 days from passing of order. 2.
