Petitioner has approached this Court praying for grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.27 dated 02.04.2026, under Sections 305, 332, 3(5) of the BNS, registered at Police Station Sector-19, Chandigarh. 2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the FIR has been lodged on the statement of complainant, namely, Devendra Kumar Lamdharia S/o Churdas Lamdharia.
