The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short-‘BNSS’) for quashing of FIR No.0021 dated 06.02.2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 308(2), 191(3), 190 and 325 of the BNS, at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 15.04.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
