The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.208 dated 26.10.2025 registered under Sections 118(2), 118(1), 117(2), 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 324(2), 191(3) and 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNS”) (Section 304 of BNS added later on vide DDR No.37 dated 09.12.2025) at Police Station City Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.
