Succinctly, the facts of the case are that FIR in the present case was got registered on the statement of complainant, namely, Kiranjit Kaur. As per prosecution verison, on 01.07.2023 at about 11:00 P.M, her husband Kuljinder Singh had gone to the fields falling on Ladhewali to Rasulpur Road for tilling the fields with tractor.
