(Oral) The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court by filing the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the suspension order dated 08.12.2022 (Annexure P-2) and impugned letter dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure P-3) issued by the respondents. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing respondent No.7 to grant salary, subsistence allowance and other service benefits to her w.e.f. 08.12.2022 i.e. the date of suspension, alongwith interest. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal/competent Court of jurisdiction.
