The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.8 to investigate the cause of custodial death of her husband. 2. Learned State counsel submits that judicial inquiry with respect to alleged incident was conducted and it was found that petitioner’s husband died due to cardiac arrest. No official was found guilty. 3. The matter has been investigated by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class as death took place in judicial custody due to cardiac arrest. 4. Learned JMIC has considered opinion of Doctors of the Hospital where deceased was admitted before his death.
