Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, Vaibhav Vasan, seeking quashing of Complaint No.15976 of 10.08.2018 and the Summoning order dated 16.07.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh, whereby, the petitioner was summoned under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 2. As per Report dated 01.09.2025 of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the dispute could not be resolved. 3. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on various earlier occasions i.e. 19.09.2023, 29.07.2025, 04.09.2025 and 11.02.2026. Position remains the same even today as well. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. The trial Court is directed to proceed with the matter.
