210 CRM-A-1622-2025 UT CHANDIGARH V/S SHYAM ALIAS SAM Present: Mr. Rajiv Vij, Addl. P.P. for U.T. Chandigarh. Mr. Manjot Singh Gujral, Advocate, for the respondent. ***** Counsel for the applicant(s) submits that they have a very good case on merit and there is sufficient evidence on record which is sufficient for conviction of private respondents. Counsel appearing for the private respondent submits that the judgment of acquittal is well reasoned. Leave to appeal granted. Registry to assign number to appeal. Main Case. Heard. Admitted. The accused, to execute a bond for attendance within two months, undertaking to appear in this Court, in case appeal is allowed. Given above, the accused shall furnish a personal bond of Rs.
