The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to reinstate and regularise the petitioner in service, who was appointed as Sweeper in Government College, Gohana, in 2003, and her services were terminated in 2014. 3. Learned counsel contended that in terms of the latest decision of the Supreme Court, dated 16.04.2026, rendered in Madan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others, 2026 INSC 379, the petitioner is entitled to regularisation under the Government notification dated 18.06.2014, Annexure P-1.
