The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of the order dated 27.03.2025 whereby the services of the petitioner as an ASHA Worker were terminated allegedly in violation of the principles of natural justice and the operational guidelines governing ASHA Workers under the National Rural Health Mission, along with a consequential prayer for reinstatement in service. Brief Facts 2. The factual matrix, as borne out from the pleadings, reveals that the petitioner was appointed as an ASHA Worker in the year 2007 and continued to discharge her duties for a considerable period. The controversy commenced when notices dated 31.12.2024 and 10.01.2025 were issued to the petitioner alleging absence from monthly meetings.
