This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 283 in filing the present appeal. 2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay of 283 days in filing the present appeal is condoned. FAO-537-2026 1. Parents of the deceased-Vinit Kumar have filed the present appeal for enhancement of compensation. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Narnaul, vide award dated 17.02.2025 had awarded compensation of Rs.28,61,672/- along with interest on account of death of Vinit Kumar, which took place in a motor vehicular accident.
