The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to refund a sum of Rs.10,08,447/- which has been deducted without reason. It is further seeking direction to respondents to refund Rs.2,89,643/- which has been deducted as penalty. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents vide allotment letter dated 04.09.2024 assigned work of supplying hydraulic truck. The petitioner completed its work and raised invoice. In the contract, terms & conditions including consideration were incorporated. The respondents made payment, however, on the basis of audit objection, vide memo dated 12.01.2026 ordered to recover a sum of Rs.10,08,447/- from future bills of the VIMAL KUMAR petitioner. T
