(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.137 dated 27.06.2024, registered under Sections 302 read with Section 34 IPC and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Division No.6, Ludhiana. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-24511-2025 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 15.01.2026 and on that date the same was allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after about 3½ months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
