The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS and petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No. 694/2023 dated 18.12.2023 registered at Police Station Vikaspuri, for commission of offences under Sections 288/337/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The above said FIR was registered on the basis of complaint lodged by one Sh. Narender Kumar on 08.12.2023 at P.S. Vikaspuri.
