This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India again brings to the fore and resurrects the issue on a mandatory ‘NOC’ to be obtained from the Naval Authorities (INS Trata, Worli), in the present case in regard to construction of two buildings. The first building is a completed construction which would rehabilitate 72 members of respondent No.4-society.
