In the present petition, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.2 – Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal), in OA No.060/771 of 2024, whereby the Original Application was allowed and the transfer order dated 04.07.2024 was quashed and set aside and applicant-respondent No.1 was also allowed to continue at his substantive place of posting at Mohali. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners-UOI submits that though the impugned order passed by the Tribunal allowing respondent No.1 to work from his substantive place of posting i.e., Mohali has been implemented however, no further liberty has been granted, henceforth, in the event of a routine transfer, respondent No.1 may be transferred by the petitioners-UO
