In the present petition, the challenge is to the order dated 26.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the respondent No.2-Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal’), by which the benefit of War Injury Pension on adjustment of lump sum compensation awarded to him has been granted to respondent No.1 w.e.f. 01.03.1996 for life. 2.
