In the present writ petition, the only grievance raised by the petitioners is not with regard to the grant of relief but that the parent department of the respondent No.1 i.e. Army Postal Service should pay the benefit admissible qua the rounding off of the disability from 20% to 50% for calculating disability pension. 2. It goes without saying that any relief of pensionary benefits granted is to be paid by the parent department and not by the Department where the respondent No.1 was working on deputation prior to his retirement. 3. It may be noticed that parent department has not filed the writ petition challenging the said impugned order dated 06.03.2019 (Annexure P-1) hence, the same is acceptable to them. 4.
