Counsel for the petitioner submits that order dated 03.04.2024, Annexure P3, was passed by District Magistrate, Kaithal under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, ‘SARFAESI Act’) 2026 PHC ono CWP-15745-2026 = 138 -2- and physical possession of the secured asset was handed over to the petitioner on 10.06.2024 but private respondents have forcibly taken back the possession.
