(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for quashing of FIR No.233 dated 18.12.2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sector 19, Chandigarh along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 07.01.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. The aforesaid FIR was registered on the statement of D.C. Jain, resident of House No.182, Sector 19-A, Chandigarh, relevant part of which is extracted as under:- “1. That in the month of July 2012 the above-mentioned persons, out of which Abhishek Arora is a property dealer, met me at my residence and allured me to purchase a plot of 1260 Sq yds.
