The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 182 dated 13.05.2021, registered under Sections 323, 325, 326, 34 & 506 IPC, at Police Station Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
