The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 17.03.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-6511-2023 as well as order dated 21.11.2017 passed in CWP No. 1072-2008. The relevant portion of order dated 21.11.2025 reads as under: “Apparently nothing has been done till date, though more than two years have expired.
