Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (482 of Cr.P.C.) for quashing of order dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the total compensation amount. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the condition of depositing 20% of the amount awarded by the learned Appellate Court for hearing the appeal is not compliable as the petitioner is not in a position to pay/deposit the said amount. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa is hereby modified to the extent that instead of 20%, the petitioner shall deposit 10% of the compensation amount.
