The petitioner is seeking regular bail under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) (439 Cr.P.C.) in FIR No. 266 dated 29.11.2025 registered under Sections 110, 115, 117(2), 126, 190, 191(3), and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 308, 323, 325, 341, 149, 148, 506 IPC) at Police Station Sector-17, District Faridabad. 2. The case of the prosecution is that on 29.11.2025, the complainant along with Rahul Singh had gone to a gym in Sector-16, Faridabad and while returning, Rahul Singh was allegedly attacked by the petitioner along with 8-10 persons. 3.
