GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0326, dated 28.09.2024, under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 287, 351(3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bhondsi, Gurugram (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise and affidavit of respondent No.2 dated 31.05.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident.
