The applicant Trilok Chand Choudhary had preferred the present application seeking regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 71/2022, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. The applicant vide order dated 19.12.2024 was granted regular bail by the Predecessor Bench.
