Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 05.08.2025 passed by the Maintenance Tribunal, whereby the application preferred by respondent No.3 (petitioner’s father) under Sections 4 and 5 read with Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act of 2007”), seeking cancellation of the transfer deed dated 10.02.2025 and the consequential mutation sanctioned in favour of the petitioner, was allowed. The petitioner also impugns the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by the Appellate Tribunal, whereby the statutory appeal preferred by her was dismissed. 2. The challenge to the impugned orders is founded primarily on the contention that the essential ingredients
