The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing the order dated 28.11.2022 (Annexure P-11), vide which the service of the petitioner was terminated due to registration of criminal case as alleged in the impugned order. Further, a writ has been sought for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue working as Data Entry Operator till the function of the posts subsists or till the regular selections are made. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been allowed to rejoin his duties, therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
