(ORAL) [1] By way of the present contempt petition, the petitioner alleges disobedience of Order dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP No.4377-2022. [2] The present contempt petition is dismissed in view of the Order passed by the LPA Bench whereby operation and effect of the judgment of which the petitioner seeks compliance has been stayed. [3] No further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed at this stage. [4] However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application seeking revival of the contempt petition, in case the need arises.
