The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 207 dated 23.11.2025 under Sections 118(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Dera Baba Nanak, Police District Batala and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
