The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking quashing of order dated 04.12.2025 whereby its claim for release of Rs.39,19,032/- has been rejected. It is further seeking direction to respondents to make payment of Rs.39,19,032/- along with interest with respect of operation and maintenance of pre-cast concrete toilets blocks carried out by it for Municipal Corporation, Faridabad. 2. The petitioner is claiming that it has completed work of operation and maintenance of pre-cast concrete toilets blocks for the period from 01.09.2021 to 31.08.2022. It sent legal notice dated 23.01.2023 seeking release of payment of Rs.39,19,032/-. It filed CWP-20476 of 2025 before this court seeking directions t
