The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP-21319-2014, titled as ‘Tejpal Singh and another vs. Punjabi University, Patiala and another’; whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent to treat the said writ petition as representation and consider and decide the same, within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of said order, in accordance with law. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Writ Court order dated 12.02.2026 (Annexure P-1) stands duly complied with.
