Prayer in the present appeal is for setting aside the order dated 02.12.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, vide which, the anticipatory bail of the appellants was rejected and also praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellants, during the pendency of the trial. 2. Vide order dated 30.03.2026, the appellants were directed to appear before the trial Court. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the appellants have already appeared before the trial Court and as such, their interim bail may be made absolute. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that the appellants have appeared before the trial Court.
