Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.72 dated 18.03.2021, registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 323, 506 & 25/54/59 of Arms Act (Sections 325, 326, 34 IPC added later on) (148, 149 IPC deleted) at Police Station Chand Hut, District Palwal (Haryana). 2. Learned Senior counsel contends that the petitioner was granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 05.09.2024, Annexure P-6, after being in custody for 3 years and more than 4 months, whereafter, he continued to appear regularly for a year, though absented on 05.09.2025 due to ill-health and proclamation proceedings were initiated and before its culmination, he had filed an application to surrender on 05.01.2026, as is reflected from the order
