Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.67, dated 07.04.2026, under Sections 110, 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of BNS (corresponding to sections 308, 323, 506, 34 of IPC), registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana. 2. Complainant, in the present case, lodged the FIR alleging that occurrence took place in the fields while repairing a water channel at about 11:20 A.M. on 06.04.2026. It is alleged that accused Gurveer Singh raised a lalkara, exhorting that son-in-law, who was attempting to assert dominance in the village, should be driven away.
