The present Petition, under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes stated to have arisen inter se the parties in terms of Clause 13 of the Term Loan Agreement dated 25.10.20242, as executed between the parties. The said Clause reads as follows: “13.
