(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking directions to official respondents for transfer the investigation of case bearing FIR No.288 dated 04.10.2024 registered under Section 127(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal to some other investigating agency. 2. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Kushal Kumar, No.500/PWL, contends that a cancellation report has already been filed in the present case. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to alternative remedies and to file her protest petition, if so advised, before the Illaqa Magistrate. 4.
