GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0171, dated 21.05.2020, under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 427 of IPC, final report/charge-sheet dated 21.06.2020 at Police Station Indiri, District Karnal along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 31.10.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
