The petitioner has preferred this Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, invoking the extraordinary supervisory jurisdiction of this Court to assail the order dated 11.03.2026 rendered by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaithal, in Civil Suit No. CS/1781/2024. By way of the impugned order, the learned Court below has dismissed the petitioner’s application preferred under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter to be referred as ‘CPC’ for short), seeking the rejection of the plaint. 2. The brief factual matrix giving rise to the present petition is that defendant No.4 moved an application before the learned Court below contending that the plaintiff had instituted the suit without affixing the requisite court fee upon the plaint and, consequently, the suit was liable
